Do you love cenotes or would like a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Mérida? Then this tour is for you.
This day tour takes place on a beautiful ranch of over 250 acres, 80 minutes away from downtown Mérida, offering you the opportunity to discover the natural wonders of the Mayan world while learning about their ancient culture.
At the ranch, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly staff as they provide information about the geological formations and prepare you for your adventures.
You’ll bike ride to the 4 cenotes where you can swim, wade, and be surrounded by raw nature and caves. If you’re daring, you can also jump into the blue waters at one of the cenotes.
Keep in mind that the last cenote on the itinerary is fully enclosed – you’ll get to swim in the dark and learn about the natural formations. It is one of those experiences which will leave you in complete awe and wonderment.
After the cenotes, you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch (appetizers, main course, dessert, and beverages), visit the sacred Mayan tree, the Ceiba, and learn about the Mayan legends.
