What is Nomoon?
Nomoon is a travel company created by passionate explorers who champion sustainable luxury travel, cultural immersion, and community engagement. We reject mass tourism in favor of authentic, private experiences with locals, small businesses, and vibrant communities. Simply put, we believe in good travel.
But really, how did you get the name?
Our founder, a devoted Star Wars fan, drew inspiration from the iconic exchange between Obi-Wan Kenobi, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker aboard the Millennium Falcon in Episode IV: “That’s no moon, it’s a space station.”

Do we travel with you?
Believe it or not, we get this question all the time! Depending on our schedule, we might be able to join you. ☺️ However, we typically don’t, as our itineraries are designed exclusively for you and your group.
Do you offer destinations not listed on your website?
Absolutely! If you don’t see it on our website, we can design a fully customized itinerary anywhere just for you, working with our trusted global travel suppliers, partners, and vendors.
Do you include travel insurance?
No, we do not provide travel insurance—you are responsible for purchasing your own. However, we highly recommend securing travel insurance for your trip.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We highly recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 6 to 12 months in advance—for the best selection of dates, hotels, and activities, especially during peak season. The sooner, the better!
What is your deposit, cancellation, and refund policy for travel?
For consultation services, a 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
For hotels, tours, and transportaton, deposit requirements vary based on the supplier, availability, and season.

Are you a legitimate travel provider?
Absolutely! We are fully compliant and legally registered with the Attorney General's Seller of Travel Program, a member of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation, and an accredited travel agency with the CCRA (travel commerce network).
