    WHAT IS NOMOON?

    Nomoon is a travel company founded by passionate travelers who believe in responsible and sustainable travel, culture, and community. We don't believe in mass tourism - that includes gigantic all-inclusive beach resorts, 50+ persons group tours, or mandatory souvenir stops on tour buses. We believe in small-group "real" experiences with locals, mom-and-pop businesses, and local communities. In essence, we believe cool travelers deserve cool things.

    WHAT MAKES YOUR TRAVEL PRODUCTS SO SPECIAL?
    Our products are designed and made for modern travelers who care about design, functionality, and quality. We’re proud to provide travel essentials and clothing that stand up to the rigors of planes, trains, taxis, and tuk tuks. We work with vendors and professionals who are fair and transparent to us and their employees.

    DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
    Not at this time, no. We currently ship within the United States only.

    WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS? 
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason or prefer another size or color, you can return the items in its original condition within 10 days of your purchase. Boom, done.

    RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS

    • Items must be returned within 10 days
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hang tags, dust bags, and gift boxes when applicable
    • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
    • Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).

    WHY SHOULD I BOOK MY TRAVEL WITH NOMOON?
    We focus on community, food, and cultural activities in either private or small groups. We want you to get the true local experience, not the tourist traps. We've experienced our itineraries first-hand and are super confident that you will enjoy every detail and effort in our carefully curated tours. Also, for every direct booking made, we donate to our charity partner, 1% for the Planet.

    DOES YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGES INCLUDE AIRFARE?
    No. You are responsible for purchasing your own airfare to the travel destination. From our personal experiences, this makes it easier for everyone, especially for those who wish to use their mileage points, extend their stay after our tours, etc.

    If you want us to take care of the airfare, we charge a service fee of $25 (domestic) or $50 (international) per person. 

    We also work with several airlines, including WOW Air and Norwegian Airlines to help you purchase and plan. Please inquire.

    CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE TRAVEL?
    Of course we can. If you can't find it on our website, we can create a custom itinerary, tailored specifically for you, with our trusted travel suppliers, partners, and vendors. Our consultation flat fee is $150 for a 2-3 day itinerary or $250 for a 4+ day (up to 7 days) itinerary and includes our unlimited research, knowledgeable planning, and correspondence, before and during your trip. Booking fees like flights are extra.

    DOES YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGES INCLUDE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
    No, you are responsible for purchasing your own travel insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. You can work with our travel insurance partner, Allianz Global Assistance Travel Insurance, to find the best travel insurance plan for you.

    HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK NOMOON TRAVEL?
    We strongly advise booking as early as possible. Our destinations are highly sought after - the sooner, the better. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates and further information.

    CAN YOU ORGANIZE PRIVATE GROUP TRIPS?
    Of course! We can organize your family reunion, offsite retreat, friends getaway, hen and stag parties, whatever's clever. Email us at info@nomoontravel.com if you're interested.

    WHAT ARE YOUR BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS? 
    Please refer to our Booking Agreement.

    WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY FOR TRAVEL? 
    For multi-day tours, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.

    If you cancel your trip, of course we will be sad - you’re missing an amazing experience! We will not be able to return your deposit. We will not be able to return the remaining balance if you cancel within 30 days before the departure date.

    We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. You can work with our travel insurance partner, Allianz Global Assistance Travel Insurance, to find the best travel insurance plan for you.

    ARE YOU A LEGIT SELLER OF TRAVEL?
    Be assured we are legally compliant and registered with the Attorney General's Seller of Travel Program and a participant of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation

    WHAT TOUR DESTINATIONS IS NOMOON OFFERING NOW AND IN THE FUTURE? 
    We currently offer tours to California, Iceland, Greenland, and Mexico in 2017. We are always working on other tours. Please sign up for our newsletter to get notified of upcoming tour dates and events.
