Unlike mass-market platforms, we personally vet every destination, hotel, and experience we recommend. We partner directly with local businesses, tour operators, and tourism boards to ensure quality, authenticity, and insider access that you won’t find elsewhere.

Typically, no. Nomoon does not accompany clients on their private trips. Our itineraries are custom-designed specifically for you and your group, allowing for a tailored and independent travel experience.


The exception is our wellness retreats, which are hosted by a Nomoon team member. These group experiences are carefully curated and led on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly, with added personal touches, support, and a deeper sense of community throughout the journey.

No, travel insurance is not included in your booking with Nomoon. While it is not mandatory, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or lost luggage. You are responsible for securing your own coverage, and we’re happy to recommend trusted providers if needed.


Our deposit and payment requirements vary depending on the type of service. Typically, the following:

  • Custom Itineraries & Travel Consultation Services: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin planning. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure.
  • Tours & Activities: A deposit of 10–20% is typically required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the tour.
  • Hotels, Transportation & Other Services: Deposit amounts vary depending on the supplier, availability, and time of year.

Booking with Nomoon is simple and personalized. Here’s how it works:

Get in Touch – Start by filling out this request form. You can also reach out via our website page. Let us know your travel goals, preferred destinations, and ideal travel dates.

Proposal & Planning – Based on your input, we create a custom travel proposal. Once approved, we handle all bookings. From accommodations and transportation to curated experiences and on-the-ground support.

Confirmation & Travel – After your deposit is made, we confirm all details and provide a final itinerary. You’ll receive support from our team before and during your trip for a seamless experience.
