frequently asked questions
What is Nomoon wellness travel?
Nomoon wellness travel begins with how you want to feel when you return. We then match you with the destination, property, program and pace that can support that goal. It may be a quiet hotel stay, a personalized journey or a hosted small group trip. A retreat is one option, not the only one.
Do I need to be interested in yoga, fitness or spa treatments?
No. Wellness can include rest, nature, food, outdoor activities, creative interests, cultural traditions and meaningful time with other people. We recommend what supports your goal rather than building every trip around a spa menu.
Can I travel alone or with someone who has different goals?
Yes. Solo travelers can choose experiences with privacy and comfortable opportunities to connect. If you are traveling with a partner or friend, we can allow room for individual activities while preserving time to enjoy the destination together.
Is wellness travel a substitute for medical or mental health care?
No. Travel can support wellbeing, but it is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. When a program includes clinical or therapeutic services, Nomoon considers the provider’s qualifications, program design and scope before recommending it.
How do you want to feel when you come home?
Tell us what you need. We will help you find the right place and the right way to experience it.
